Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries; route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging client meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Support HR/Admin in managing office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and other admin tasks.
- Update contact lists and employee directories as needed.
- Handle any other duties assigned by management related to front office and administration.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BA, BBA, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar front-office/reception role.
- Experience in an IT or corporate workplace preferred.
