Role Overview

As the Senior Pattern Maker, you will act as the technical backbone of the studio. You will be responsible for developing production-ready manual patterns, leading fittings, and ensuring the highest standards of garment construction and fit.

Note: This role is strictly for manual pattern makers (No CAD usage).
Require candidates from Thailand/Vietnam who are willing to relocate to India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manual patterns from design sketches for high-end garments
- Create production-ready patterns with precision in fit, balance, and construction
- Perform grading across full size ranges
- Lead fittings and technical corrections with proper documentation
- Ensure all garments meet luxury-level quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the design team
- Mentor junior team members / tailors as the team expands
- Maintain detailed documentation of patterns, corrections, and processes

Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in senior-level manual pattern making (luxury / couture)
- Strong expertise in:
- Garment construction
- Fit & balance




- Sizing & grading
- Experience with corsets, structured tailoring, gowns, and complex silhouettes
- Ability to independently deliver from design to production-ready output
- Strong portfolio showcasing construction-heavy work (not CAD-based)
- Good communication skills (English)
- Willingness to relocate to Lucknow (on-site role)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹1.5L – ₹2.5L per month
- Accommodation support provided
- Visa & travel sponsorship available
- Performance-based salary revisions

- Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Contract: Minimum 1 Year (Extendable)
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
- Note: Studio location may evolve in future
