We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance processes at our Rajpura site. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with precision tools, and the ability to ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, implement, and monitor quality management systems across the site.
- Oversee calibration processes, precision measuring tools, and inspection equipment.
- Interpret and review technical blueprints and engineering drawings for compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions to resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, SOPs, and audits.
- Train and guide the team on quality standards, systems, and best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and improvement measures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection equipment.
- Solid knowledge of calibration techniques and ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
