Job Description:

Role Description
The role is responsible for managing treasury operations, banking controls, commodity hedging, direct
tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives for Kalamandir Group and its
subsidiaries. The candidate will support liquidity planning, compliance accuracy, cost optimisation, and
business strategy execution, ensuring strong financial governance and process efficiency across the
organisation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Treasury & Banking
 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow, liquidity status, and treasury reports.
 Manage banking operations including utilization of credit limits, GML, LC, BG, overdraft, and
cash-credit monitoring.
 Ensure accurate posting of banking & hedging entries and month-end closure of the banking
module.
 Handle interest verification, lender charges, stock statements, banking documentation, and
reconciliations.
 Coordinate with banks for credit facility renewals, loan agreements, CMS, POS systems, and
settlement controls.

2. Commodity & Hedging (Bullion / MCX)




 Track and update MCX positions, forwards, swap contracts, and hedging instruments.
 Monitor bullion procurement cost, hedging effectiveness, and overall risk exposure.
 Support compliance and reporting under commodity trading SOPs.

3. Finance & MIS
 Assist in budgeting, finance cost analysis, cost optimization, and strategic planning.
 Prepare monthly MIS including sales, purchases, collections, finance charges, and treasury
dashboards.
 Support automation initiatives and digitalization of finance processes.

4. Direct Taxation
 Handle TDS, advance tax, Form 15CA/CB, income tax return filings, and tax assessments.
 Coordinate with consultants/auditors for notices, appeals, queries, and other tax compliance
matters.
 Maintain documentation for statutory audit and internal audit requirements.

5. Regulatory & DGFT / Customs Support
 Assist in DGFT documentation including license management, TRQ/CEPA advantages, I
