Key Result Areas

1. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

2. Assists in the development of sales plan. Prepare forecast and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

3. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion

4. Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals

5. Work collaboratively across teams – including product and marketing

6. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives

7. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

8. Establish and foster partnership and relationship with key customers both externally and internally.

Requirements




Qualification & Skills

1. 7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota

2. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and an ability to coach others on them

3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

5. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting, attention to details and ability to multitask

6. Strong leadership and team building skills.
