The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Architect – End User Computing (EUC) where you will serve as the primary technical authority for customer EUC engagements, owning end-to-end solution architecture and delivery across AWS, VMware, and Citrix environments. You’ll be a trusted advisor at the executive level, lead and mentor a team of engineers, and provide strategic architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle. In addition to your delivery focus, you will support Pre-Sales efforts through solution design, scoping, and effort estimation.

Responsibilities Include:

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of AWS AppStream,



Workspaces Core w/ Citrix solutions for enterprise-scale customer environments.

• Define and govern architectural standards for Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, encompassing Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Agile Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace ONE Access, and Thinapp.

• Architect multi-cloud EUC strategies across Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers, specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solutions, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization.

• Design and oversee enterprise-grade Workspace ONE UEM implementations for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement at scale.

• Define and drive integration of Omnissa identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks across the full EUC stack.

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing Tier 4 architectural guidance and resolution oversight.
