Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days

We are looking for professionals with experience in:
- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- DSA / Channel Partner Management
- Realtor & Builder Networking
- Field Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through Home Loans and LAP products
- Acquire new customers through direct sourcing and market activities
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, builders, and realtors
- Conduct field visits for client acquisition and business development




- Drive monthly sales and revenue targets
- Identify new markets and sourcing opportunities through area mapping
- Ensure customer support throughout the loan process
- Maintain sales pipeline, lead tracking, and reporting

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Home Loans and LAP products
- Experience in secured lending sales within Banking/NBFC/Fintech
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
- Experience handling DSA and channel partner networks
- Comfortable with target-based field sales roles
- Understanding of loan documentation and lending processes
