The Institutional Portfolio Operations Analyst is a critical part of our firm and clients’ success and is a challenging and rewarding role for the right individual. In this introductory role, you will experience the inter-workings of the asset management world and will have the prospect to advance your skills for future growth and development within Connor, Clark & Lunn (CC&L;).

What You Will Do

The Institutional Portfolio Operations Analyst serves as the key provider of accurate investment portfolio data to the entire CC&L; family. In this role, you will:

Reconcile various items, including but not limited to: cash, transactions, holdings, futures, various derivative products, dividends, soft dollars, units, and alternative investments.

Communicate with custodians,



prime brokers, portfolio managers, and key personnel across CC&L; to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.

Communicate critical portfolio information and oversee the flow of sensitive information for all CC&L; affiliates.

Work with auditors to assist in providing accurate and timely data for audits of our institutional client accounts.

Communicate with our custodians and prime brokers to set up daily delivery of external files for reconciliation purposes and to resolve data-related issues.

Participate in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, and the scalability of IPO’s services.
