Responsibilities:
â Managing Encompass System: The Encompass Admin is responsible for managing the
Encompass system, including setting up new users, configuring system settings, and
maintaining system security.
â Troubleshooting: The Encompass Admin is responsible for resolving any technical issues
that arise within the Encompass system, such as login or connectivity problems, system
errors, or other technical issues.
â Technical Skills: The encompass Admin should have strong technical skills, including
proficiency in SQL and experience with API integration.
â Training and Support: The Encompass Admin provides training and support to end-users of
the Encompass system. This includes developing training materials, providing one-on-one
training, and answering user questions.
â Data Management: The Encompass Admin is responsible for managing data within the
Encompass system, including importing and exporting data,
