We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our solar sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar energy industry and a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. This role requires leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for clean energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for solar rooftop, ground-mounted, and EPC projects.
- Identify and generate recent business leads in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC partners, and channel distributors.
- Lead the sales team, assign targets, and monitor performance.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and market trends in the solar sector.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project execution teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain profitability of projects.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s brand.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate sales reports for management.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy preferred), MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy solutions.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, panels, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
