2. Have deep understanding of Freight Forwarding business.

3. Have strong presentation and negotiation skills.

4. Able to identify and develop new leads through cold calling, networking and other sales activities.

5. Able to maintain a solid pipeline of potential customers and active follow-ups.

6. Able to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

7. Willing to travel extensively.
