Job Title: Network Implementation Engineer

Overview:

Pico is currently seeking Design and Implementation engineering candidates to deliver best in class engineering candidates to deliver low latency connectivity solutions for Pico's clients and internal infrastructure projects in line with Pico's standards and strategic framework. Playing a key role in working with other teams within the business, the Network Implementation Engineer will be a proactive, solutions-oriented engineer with highly developed organization and attention to detail skills.



This individual will be responsible for working with our Service Operations (NOC) Team to ensure that all escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner, transferring knowledge and building skills among Service Operations Team.

Responsibilities and duties (include but not limited to)
- Design, deploy, and escalate problem resolution, for a large service provider network infrastructure
- Perform daily checkouts of the workplace and following any changes
- Construct valid configurations for implementation based upon design and/or technical concepts
- Support deployment and maintenance of Firewalls, network switches, routers, and other network appliances
- Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes Perform peer review of configurations scheduled for deployment
- Perform network infrastructure changes in a diligent and professional manner Participate in on-call rotation for
