We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quality Head to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in the pharma industry, with strong working knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA regulatory standards.

The role involves ensuring plant-wide compliance with current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. The Quality Head will oversee documentation, batch release, deviation management, CAPA, change controls, and internal audits. The position also requires preparing for and successfully managing regulatory inspections and audits.

Responsibilities include leading QA/QC teams, ensuring in-process quality controls, validating manufacturing processes, and promoting a strong quality culture. The candidate must have experience in handling regulatory bodies like EU GMP and US FDA, with a focus on continuous improvement and data integrity.
