Build the marketing function behind some of the most exciting hospitality brands in India.

Together Hospitality is looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to lead the next phase of growth across our portfolio of brands.

This is not a role for someone looking to manage social media calendars or approve captions. This is a leadership role for someone who can build teams, shape culture, define strategy, elevate creative standards, and drive commercial outcomes through marketing.

You will lead a team of 17 marketers, creatives, strategists, designers, and specialists while working directly with the Partners to build brands that are culturally relevant, commercially successful, and creatively exceptional.

Requirements
What You'll Be Responsible For





Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy across all brands.
- Define priorities, objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Build marketing plans that connect brand building with business growth.
- Identify opportunities, cultural moments, launches, and campaigns worth investing in.
- Ensure every brand maintains a clear, distinct, and evolving identity.

Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Set explicit expectations, KRAs, and performance standards.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Coach team members through regular feedback and development conversations.
- Hire exceptional talent and maintain a high bar for both performance and cultural fit.

Creative Quality
- Act as the final quality gate for marketing output across all brands.
- Work closely with creative leadership
