Registration Website & Mobile App Build Specialist is a consultative technical resource responsible for designing and building event websites and mobile apps that drive client success. In this client-facing role, you will lead strategic conversations with meeting planners and clients to understand their needs, then translate those requirements into intuitive, branded digital experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with our internal teams to ensure each project aligns with client goals. This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple design and front-end technologies, propose creative solutions, and continuously learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is primarily a virtual position; however, we may transition to a hybrid model on occasion,
asking the team to come into the office a couple of days per week.
What You’ll do
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone call and email
- Manage all aspects of event website creation and maintenance:
- Create online attendee registration websites in line with client branding
- Consult with clients on design and functionality to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Create reports based on event requirements and make them readily available to clients and internal teams
- Manage all aspects of mobile app creation and maintenance:
- Create and maintain mobile apps
- Present solutions and offer best practices to help clients meet their goals and objectives
- Oversee mobile application projects from kick-off to launch
- Maintain high quality event website and mobile app delivery within specified SLA and internal processes
