We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Computer Lab Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our computer laboratories. The role involves assisting faculty and students with lab sessions, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring proper utilization of IT resources.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, with the ability to provide timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to students and faculty during lab sessions.
- Install, configure, and update software and applications on lab systems.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of computer systems, peripherals, and network connections.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.




- Ensure proper usage of lab facilities and adherence to IT policies by students.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of lab equipment and report any technical issues.
- Support faculty in conducting practical sessions, workshops, and exams in the lab.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the computer lab workplace.

Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Computer Lab Assistance, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system administration.
