Additionally, the role owner drives operational excellence by managing APQR communications, supporting serialization activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements within Sales Operations.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of artwork changes within relevant systems, maintaining data integrity and traceability.Act as the artwork responsible function for product launches and transfer projects, ensuring readiness and compliance throughout all phases.
- Guarantee that all artwork implementations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Coordinate artwork-related impacts on production schedules, ensuring minimal disruption and proactive issue resolution.
- Serve as the single point of contact for 3rd party customers and external artwork studios for all artwork-related topics, ensuring transparent, structured, and solution-oriented communication. Own communication with customers regarding Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs), including request handling, follow-up, tr
