Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in LSA Lead (Logistics Support Analysis ) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside team-oriented, innovative, and goal-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of LSA processes and deliverables across projects, contributing significantly to the reliability and maintainability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Rolling Stock, Signalling, and Infrastructure), coordinate cross-functional activities,
and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the LSA domain.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the LSA process and deliverables, but also lead the extended LSA project team and ensure alignment with customer and project requirements.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the implementation of the LSA process to conduct studies and provide contractual deliverables on projects

Leading the extended LSA team for complex projects requiring large-scale staffing

Identifying and monitoring workload forecasts for LSA activities and ensuring adequate staffing

Developing and implementing the LSA management plan for assigned projects

Executing LSA studies and delivering outputs in alignment with project phases

Monitoring planning, cost, and quality of LSA deliverables and providing regular reporting

Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth interface management
