Magna IT is looking for a talented Managed Workplace Services Engineer who can support Microsoft Intune.



The successful candidate will play a strategic role in maintaining this system and ensuring the secure and reliable operation in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities
- Support Magna IT’s Microsoft 365 services including MS Intune & EntraID
- Technical support of Microsoft Intune and associated GPOs in on-prem AD
- Review of global device compliance and assisting local IT to meet global device compliance goals
- Regularly evaluate UEM/MDM system settings, policies and hardware
- Creation of configuration profiles, compliance policies, GPOs etc.
- Perform engineering, project management and implementation processes.
- Coordination of cross service activities
- Collaborate with other MIT members to support and assist in projects
- Work closely with Divisional IT Admins to help driving adoption and proactively resolve issues.
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
