Description
- Testing all aspects of the product/system including function/component, system, performance, regression, and service.
- Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
- Able to Create, Assign, and track the project/module work plans for delivery and provide the technical guidance for work completion.
- Ability to plan work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures based on the Root Cause Analysis.
- Ensure process improvements and compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review.
- Partner with the automation team to develop strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing.
- Leading the QA team to design and create test conditions, test data and test automation scripts to address business and technical use cases.
- Experience in Various Testing Phases- Functional, Regression, Integration, User Acceptance and Performance Testing.




- Ability to Define metrics, create reports, and develop statistics, for organizational reporting and monitoring of quality processes within QA department.
- Analyze existing QA quality processes and develop new or revised quality standards as needed.
- Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.
- Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.
- Expertise in testing techniques and review process.
- Valuable understanding and business knowledge in areas of QA as to what Business users will experience – UI/UX.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source automation technologies and tools.
- Ability to execute automation scripts and train team members as required.
- Exposure in automation testing frameworks and tools- Selenium, BDD, pytest
