Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Linux system Administrator to be part of the global Engineering-IT organization. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years’ experience in managing Linux workplace in large enterprise which includes 2-3 years’ experience in managing Design Management Infrastructure for Perforce or similar tools. This role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities




Linux System Administration
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Linux OS & application (Red Hat and Ubuntu) in a physical and virtual environment
- Perform system monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage enterprise identity services and access controls.

Infrastructure & Platform Support
- Support physical, virtual, and AWS-based Linux environments used for semiconductor design
- Manage Perforce – P4/Methodics hosting infrastructure, performance monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting.
- Manage core infrastructure services such as DNS, LDAP, NFS, and web/application servers.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security.

Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support audits, compliance activities, firewall management, and access reviews.
