Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

Conduct test drives and follow up with prospects

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions

Build long-term relationships with customers

Handle paperwork and ensure accurate documentation

Coordinate with the finance and service departments

Attend training sessions and stay informed on market trends
