About IRL (Instawork Robotics Labs)





Researchers at UC Berkeley have identified a “100,000-year data gap” - the gulf between what trained AI language models and what physical robots actually have to learn from. What will you do?

We're hiring an Assistant Manager - Operations to run and scale our robotics data operations across APAC, starting from Bengaluru. You will own the operational backbone of a large-scale video data collection programme spanning multiple cities, thousands of field workers, and the most demanding quality bars in the industry. You'll work directly with senior leadership and carry real ownership from week one.
