This is a full time on-site role located in South Delhi for a System Architect (C++ / Qt). The System Architect will design and develop robust system architectures, spearhead the creation of advanced software solutions, and oversee all aspects of software development and systems integration. Responsibilities include engaging in systems engineering processes, creating efficient system designs, and ensuring seamless integration of components. We are looking for an experienced System Architect to lead end-to-end software development and system integration. In this role, you will be responsible for defining architecture, managing development activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines and standards.
Responsibilities:

Own Project Execution: Lead overall project delivery, from requirement analysis to resource planning and transition management.

Architecture Definition: Define and drive system and software architecture, including design patterns, technology choices, and layered rendering strategies.

Technical Leadership:
Provide mentorship to development teams, perform code reviews, and resolve complex architectural challenges.

System Integration: Drive large-scale system integration and deployment activities for mission-critical environments.

Quality & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to SDLC processes and maintain documentation (SRS, SDD, IRS) as per project standards.

Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and effort estimation.
Qualifications

Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in System & Software Architecture for complex, large-scale desktop applications

High Availability & HMI: Strong experience in designing HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and High Availability Systems (Hot Standby/Redundancy).

Modern C++ & Qt: Expert proficiency in C++11/14/17/20 and deep hands-on experience in Qt 5.x / 6.x.
