Bernstein’s Family Engagement team helps ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families navigate the complex human, relational, and practical dimensions of significant wealth. The team develops programs, research, resources, and experiences that support families as they communicate across generations, prepare rising leaders, define shared goals, and make thoughtful decisions about wealth, legacy, governance, and family continuity.

Working closely with advisors and internal partners, Family Engagement provides differentiated support for Bernstein’s most complex client relationships through education, facilitation, thought leadership, peer engagement, and customized family-focused programming. The team plays an key role in helping advisors deepen relationships with clients and deliver a more holistic experience beyond investment management.

Position Overview




The Family Engagement team is seeking an India-based Program & Operations Associate to provide high-quality execution, coordination, reporting, and process support across a growing set of Family Engagement initiatives. This role will initially focus on core program administration, team operating leverage, reporting, content workflow support, survey administration, and platform maintenance. Over time, as the individual builds context and credibility with the team, the role may expand into broader strategic, analytical, research, and AI-enabled support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a global, follow-the-sun working model. This person should be able to operate, with direction, minimal day-to-day oversight, identify opportunities for process improvement, and bring a high standard of professionalism to work that supports advisors, clients, and internal teams serving ultra-high-net-worth families.
