Internship Objective
The Recruitment Intern will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing candidates while learning the complete recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Search candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes based on job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Update candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Assist in offer and joining coordination.
- Prepare daily activity reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
