Position Overview:



The Vice President – RCM Services will be responsible for leading a defined portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) businesses within CorroHealth. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across the assigned span of RCM services. The VP will serve as a strategic partner to the CGM, ensuring that business objectives are met while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
- Lead and manage the assigned span of RCM businesses, ensuring delivery of KPIs and financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client outcomes.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end RCM processes including patient access, coding, billing, accounts receivable, and denials management.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and turnaround standards.
