Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to lead and execute marketing strategies that will enhance our online presence and promote our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth, particularly for our IT services.
- SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies. Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to increase paid search traffic.
- Content Strategy & Development: Develop content calendars, create engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies, and optimize web content for SEO.



Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles, create posts, and engage with followers. Develop strategies to grow and maintain a strong social media presence.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing, and promotions. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.). Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging.
