THE CHANCE





We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and scale a predictable enterprise pipeline engine for our Agentic AI platforms.

This role owns multi-channel campaign strategy, digital execution, performance optimization, and pipeline contribution across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to drive measurable revenue impact.

ROLE MISSION

Build and optimize a scalable demand engine that consistently generates qualified enterprise pipeline aligned with ARR growth targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1ï¸⃣ Demand Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
- Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets aligned with revenue goals.
- Define ICPs and segment enterprise audiences (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Security Leaders, etc.).
- Build full-funnel programs: Awareness â MQL â SQL â Pipeline.
- Align demand initiatives across:
- ElixirData
- NexaStack AI
- XenonStack AI
