We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caster Wheel Production Engineer to oversee the manufacturing and production of caster wheels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, optimising manufacturing processes, and achieving production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily caster wheel production activities.
- Monitor the complete manufacturing process to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while minimising material wastage and downtime.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth production operations.
- Monitor machine performance and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid production interruptions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.




- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in caster wheel manufacturing, metal fabrication, engineering manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
Valuable knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and shop floor management.
Familiarity with production documentation, process improvement, and inventory coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
