Description
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead the development of our internal CRM, operational systems, automation workflows, and business platforms.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will be able to both build directly and guide the development team on system architecture, backend structure, integrations, workflows, and scalable development practices.
We are not looking for a basic ticket-based developer. We are looking for someone who understands how to build scalable operational systems, take ownership, and bring technical structure to a fast-moving development environment. This role will work closely with leadership, business analysts, operations teams, and developers to improve internal platforms used across sales, scheduling, project management, reporting, service operations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and execute full stack development for internal CRM and operational platforms ● Build, review, and maintain scalable backend systems and database structures ● Design and manage APIs,



integrations, automations, and workflow logic ● Convert business processes into technical systems with support from analysts and operations teams ● Guide junior developers on technical execution, structure, and best practices ● Review AI-assisted development output for code quality, scalability, and maintainability ● Improve system organization, performance, security, and reliability ● Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and workflow design ● Troubleshoot complex backend, frontend, database, and integration issues ● Take ownership of technical execution and delivery
