About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with a primary focus on Performance Tuning and Query optimization to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be database performance tuning across the full development lifecycle — from early schema and query design through production optimization. This is not a traditional DBA role; day-to-day responsibilities will center on performance engineering rather than routine database administration tasks such as backups, patching, or user management.
