Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D;
Manager with in-depth experience in V93000 testers to lead our research and
development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background
in semiconductor test solutions and a proven track record of managing complex
projects. This role requires expertise in the V93000 platform, strategic
thinking, and excellent leadership abilities to drive innovation and deliver
high-quality test solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a
team of engineers and researchers working on the V93000 tester platform. Foster
a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and
enhancement of test solutions utilizing the V93000 tester. Ensure that projects
are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and performance
requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge of the
V93000 tester to guide the development of new features and capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans
for R&D; projects, aligning with company goals and market needs. Identify
opportunities for innovation and improvement in test methodologies and
technologies.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources,
and budgets. Ensure that development processes are efficient and that project
milestones are achieved.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams,
including hardware and software engineers, product managers, and customers, to
ensure that test solutions meet market requirements and customer expectations.
