Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective candidates to maximize admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare admission reports and update CRM regularly.
