Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Workplace Operations
- Lead day?to?day workplace operations across all offices in the assigned region, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular site reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, comfort, space utilization, and employee experience.
- Drive readiness for events, leadership visits, seasonal activity, and business continuity needs.

2. People Experience and Partnership
- Work closely with the Regional People Partner team to align workplace services with employee experience goals.
- Act as a workplace ambassador to ensure employees feel supported, welcomed, and heard regarding workspace needs.
- Partner with HR to manage onboarding logistics, seating assignments, return?to?office plans, and wellness initiatives.

3. Vendor and Facility Management
- Oversee vendor performance for housekeeping, catering, security, engineering, transport, and other workplace services.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational quality across the regional portfolio.
- Lead negotiations, vendor reviews,



and escalation handling when required.

4. Space Planning and Infrastructure
- Work with Workplace Strategy, Admin, and IT teams to manage capacity planning, floor design changes, seat allocation, and move coordination.
- Support long term workspace planning based on organizational growth, business priorities, and hybrid working models.

5. Governance, Budgeting, and Reporting
- Manage regional workplace budgets including consumables, minor projects, vendor contracts, and operational expenses.
- Maintain governance records such as safety audits, compliance checklists, access control reports, visitor logs, and maintenance schedules.
- Present monthly or quarterly performance updates to regional leadership and People Partner teams.

6. Crisis, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive emergency preparedness including evacuation
