We
are seeking an experienced CIAM Lead Engineer to drive
transformation initiatives across our CIAM and Access
Management/SSO landscapes. This role will be pivotal in delivering
secure, scalable, identity solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

· · Lead
IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer
and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational
security and scalability goals.

· · Platform
Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
troubleshooting identity-related issues and platform challenges.

· · Documentation
& Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM
processes.

· · Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across
business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access
initiatives.

· · Security
& Stability: Ensure all systems, applications, and processes
adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant.

· · Standards-Based
