Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and mentor a team of BDEs. Conduct daily huddles, review pipelines, refine pitches,



and optimize conversion rates to earn override team commissions.
- Key Account Acquisition: Drive high-level B2B sales processes, qualify prospective distributors/buyers, address objections, and close enterprise deals.
- Reporting & QA: Maintain sales records, track daily/weekly performance metrics, and submit actionable updates to leadership.

2. Business Development Executive (BDE)
