Join our Global Technology Services team as an Engineer – Digital Platforms and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of TMF’s digital client platforms. You will provide technical support,
troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. If you have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital innovation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications hosted on Azure and Data Centers, including diagnosing and fixing issues.
- Assist with deployment and testing of current components and updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Proactively monitor applications and manage releases and hotfixes.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL & ITSM principles.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
