Job Purpose: The Shift Engineer - Backend is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement. They play a key role in minimizing risks, maintaining high-quality standards,



and improving cost efficiency. The role includes managing BOM and cell yield, ensuring timely project execution, supporting team development, and adhering to safety, quality, and production targets.

Responsibilities
EHS Inspection:
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, ensure safety compliance, and support timely project execution.

Site Inspection Management:
- Identify and resolve unsafe conditions and near misses promptly to minimize risks and incidents.

PPE Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and avoid injuries or incidents through correct PPE usage.

Production Planning:
- Adhere strictly to production schedules, optimizing throughput and ensuring no deviations from planned targets.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure minimal pre-EL rework, maintain low NG string generation, and stay within downgrading budgets while maintaining 5S standards.
