Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for enquiries, order updates, and timely communication.
- Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with production, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.




- Resolve customer queries and provide effective sales support.

Required Skills
- Experience in marble sales coordination and customer support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
