We are seeking an Assistant Vice President of Software Engineering & Development to develop and deliver technology solutions supporting Banking systems including Demand Deposit Accounting, , blending analysis and development to identify and drive processing improvements.

The position plays a pivotal role in optimizing key functional processes to improve our data delivery times to meet client expectations.
What you will be responsible for
As an AVP of Software Engineering & Development you will:
- Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication
- Design and implement scalable, efficient,
and secure system solutions in alignment with business requirements in the Banking domain.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks using log analysis, metrics, and transaction tracing to address latency, throughput, and resource contention issues.
- Ensure solutions meet required security, compliance, and operational readiness standards
- Resolve application defects and provide solutions for application issues, ensuring timely and sustainable fixes.
- Work closely with the Product Owners and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
- Implement and optimize database queries and stored procedures to support application functionality and performance.
