Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Engagement, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Analytics. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, event management,



and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, team-building activities, and cultural events.
- Drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement assessments.
- Manage rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
- Support internal communication and employee experience initiatives.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and HR priorities.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance practices.
- Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and management.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitmen
