We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in ERP Software Product Development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various ERP projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management for standard ERP Products like Navison or SAP B1. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a robust understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

• Coordinate and communicate project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to team members and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.

• Monitor project progress and performance,



providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate Software developers and testers

• Ensure organizational key performance indicators for developers and testers are identified, tracked, and reported (for onsite, remote and hybrid workers)

• Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.

• Provide continuous feedback for direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings

• Plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
