ABOUT THE ROLE
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. We are looking for a motivated Software Development Engineer II to join our Manufacturing Applications Product Team. This is a junior/mid-level role focused on building and enhancing full stack applications that support Manufacturing and Operations use cases. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to feature development, bug fixes, and incremental improvements. This role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration while providing exposure to up-to-date technologies and practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features for full stack applications using React (front-end) and Python FastAPI (back-end).
- Assist in building and optimizing APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews, contributing to team success.
- Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline setup and automated testing under guidance.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed features and modules.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Stay curious and continuously learn emerging technologies and best practices.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in software engineering with exposure to full stack development.
- Practical experience with React (front-end) and Python FastAPI (back-end) for developing production features.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and willingness to learn cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with microservices, API development, and distributed systems.
