*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments for surgical patients.
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia tailored to patient needs and surgical procedures.
- Monitor and manage vital signs and hemodynamic stability during surgery in the OT.
- Provide emergency airway management and critical care support in the Emergency Department.
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain control, nausea prevention, and early complication detection.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all anesthesia-related procedures and patient responses.
- Respond promptly to critical incidents and code blue situations in ICU and emergency settings.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and hospital safety protocols.




- Stay current with advancements in anaesthesia practice, guidelines, and emerging technologies.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in OT, Emergency, and ICU settings.
- Proven expertise in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and critical care interventions.
- Robust proficiency in managing high-acuity patients, including trauma, post-operative, and complex medical cases.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
