What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Manager
– Legal & Compliance to anchor our regulatory and legal operations across
Payments, UPI, Credit Cards, and Lending products. You will work at the
intersection of product, business, and regulators—translating complex RBI,
TRAI, and judicial requirements into actionable compliance programmes.

What You'll Work On

· Contract management
and vendor compliance.

· Manage diverse
litigation matters, including civil, consumer, labor, and taxation cases.

· Draft and manage
responses to legal notices, court orders, and consumer disputes.

· Establish a
detailed compliance framework specifically for credit and lending operations.

· Direct the




operational setup for co-branded credit card initiatives.

· Implement
stringently monitored reporting and oversight mechanisms.

· Drive
cross-functional collaboration and lead team management efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

· LLB from a recognised
university; LLM or CS qualification is a robust advantage

· 4–6 years of
post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, payments, or
banking

· Hands-on exposure to
RBI regulations (PA Guidelines, Master Directions on Prepaid Payment
Instruments, FEMA)

· Working knowledge of
NPCI frameworks, UPI ecosystem, and card network operating rules

· Prior experience
handling judicial matters, including writ jurisdiction and Cyber Cell
engagements

· Demonstrated ability
to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
