The Product Manager – Service Management Tool (SMT) will own the vision, roadmap,
and continuous evolution of TMF Group’s Service Management Tool—a strategic internal digital platform serving as the single source of truth for the Universal Service Catalogue and Global Scope of Services.
This role is central to enabling consistent service scoping, robust governance, and effective commercial execution across countries, practices, and global deals. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Execution, Practice Leaders, Legal, Technology, and Operations to ensure the platform supports scalable growth, regulatory change, and high‑quality client outcomes across TMF Group’s global footprint.

Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the full end‑to‑end product lifecycle of the Service Management Tool, from vision and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with TMF Group’s commercial transformation and global standardisation objectives.
