Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate specialization in Neurosurgery (DNB or MS in Neurosurgery) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical unit.
- Valid and active medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in both open and minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques, including spinal and cranial procedures.
- Strong proficiency in surgical and medical management of neurological emergencies, including traumatic brain injury and stroke.
- Excellent diagnostic, decision-making,



and critical thinking skills with attention to precision and patient safety.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage complex, time-sensitive cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous qualified growth.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and familiarity with surgical documentation standards.
