Company is looking for a mature, hands-on HR leader who can own end-to end HR responsibilities while continuing to drive quality talent acquisition. This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional who can act as a trusted partner to the CPO, balance execution

with judgment, and build scalable HR processes for a growing organization.

KeyResponsibilities:

«Talent Acquisition

• Ownend-to-end hiring across corporate, operations,and leadership roles

• Partner with business and functional heads on workforceplanning and hiring strategy

• Ensure hiring quality, cultural fit, and timely closures

• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience

• Track and review hiring metrics, vendor performance,and cost efficiency

«HR Generalist &Operations;

• Owncompleteemployeelife cycle:onboarding, confirmation,engagement, performance& exits

• Drive HRpolicies,SOPs,and processstandardization

• Managepayrollinputs,attendance,leave,and HRISgovernance





• Ensurestatutory compliance(PF,ESIC,gratuity, labor laws)

• Actasprimaryescalationpoint for employeerelations andsensitive HRmatters

•Provide judgment-based inputs onorganization design, role clarity,and workforcestructure

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

•8-12 years of progressiveHR experience withstrong HR Generalist foundation

• Provenability to independently run HR forabusiness or unit

• BalancedexperienceacrossTA, HRoperations,and employeerelations

• Strongunderstanding of Indian laborlawsand compliance

• Highmaturity,discretion, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortableworkingcloselywithsenior leadership
