Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

Ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.

Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Fully dedicate efforts to coordinating project-related activities.

Facilitate coordination with project teams, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Handle coordination and follow-up on left-over punch points, identify new ones, and plan for necessary repairs or replacements.

Manage project planning at macro and micro levels, negotiation, and critical project analysis.

Initiate projects, determine work methodologies, and allocate tasks for process activities.

Conduct meetings with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely progress.

Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Certify bills and payments for completed works.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress (key performance indicators)



and evaluate against planned schedules.

Resolve site work issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.

Maintain quality standards for all structural and finishing works.

Inspect construction materials at the site and conduct quality assurance in the laboratory.

Provide cutting-edge engineering solutions for critical issues and gaps.

Liaise with government authorities for licensing and compliance activities as needed.

Maintain project databases using relevant tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and backups.

Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Be willing to travel for project-related work.

Qualifications/Skills:

Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD.

Expertise in site development and planning.

Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Experience in interior architectural work, especially for warehouses, factories, and industrial setups.
